Plum Construction, Inc.,established by Joel Pluim, is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Tuolumne County since 1991. The company has steadily grown over the years through Joel’s extensive knowledge of construction and his upfront honesty with clients. Joel’s son, Joe Pluim, graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2006 and is now the company’s Project Manager and Estimator.

As a general contractor, Plum Construction, Inc. specializes in concrete, metal building, and design-build construction of agriculture, commercial, and industrial projects. They also provide pre-construction services which include: establishing and managing design teams, budgeting, drafting, value engineering, and permitting.
